Marina comes from a visual art and art history background and has explored a wide range of roles in the cultural sector, starting in Hong Kong and now in the UK. She previously worked in Hong Kong as a museum trainee, a research assistant, and an executive assistant supporting a mental health museum project. In the UK, she applied her administrative skills to a Creative People and Places project before stepping into the theatre world.
