School workshops

We believe that the arts offer a unique way to engage with one another, they allow us to celebrate our similarities and differences, to explore our feelings and emotions, and ultimately to discover a deeper understanding of our ever-changing global world.

New Earth Theatre offers a range of stand alone workshops for schools keen to introduce students to East and Southeast Asian culture and arts. We offer drama, storytelling and shadow puppet workshops plus dance and music workshops on request. (See the details below) We can also arrange bespoke projects to suit your needs.

All our facilitators and workshop leaders are of East/Southeast Asian descent. They combine an understanding of the western education system with the skills, language and cultural background of their heritage. All facilitators are DBS checked and experienced at working with a range of ages.
