BESEA Reads on Friday March 20th, 10am-5pm
It's the Shakespeare session!
Exploring Shakespeare from an ESEA perspective, Eric Mok hosts this session with his new interpretation of the Scottish play, Macbeth香港. Should we or can we recontextualise Shakespeare/classical works through an ESEA lens while honouring the original text? Should we focus more on creating our own canon of work or reviving established classics with a bit of spice? And why do we keep coming back to Shakespeare?
Date: Friday March 20th, 10am-5pm
